Hiya, Kassidy!
It's always a treat to assist one of
Mickey's Floridian neighbors here at planDisney. I'm so glad you stopped by as you prepare for a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Let's get right to your question so that your
adventure in the great wide somewhere can begin.
There's so much to see (and purchase) at Walt Disney World Resort, so I completely understand why you would like to bring a personal cart with you into the theme parks. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World's
Property Rules specify that wagons of all sizes are strictly prohibited, so a personal cart would likely be denied entry by Cast Members due to its structure.
I'm sure this isn't what you were hoping to hear, so I did want to share some other options that might be helpful for you during a long (but magical) day in theme parks.
- You could purchase or rent a stroller to support your back and help carry your things. Just be sure that it is no larger than 31” (79 cm) in width and 52” (132cm) in length.
- Bags with wheels that fall within the size parameters (24" long x 15" wide x 18" high) are permitted in Walt Disney World's theme parks, so if you are concerned about the weight of a backpack throughout the day, you might consider purchasing one with wheels to use during your visit.
- Wheelchairs are also available for rent throughout Walt Disney World Resort, so this might be a great option for you if you notice any back pain begins to arise.
I hope this information helps you plan for your visit, Kassidy, and that you find the
practically perfect option for your visit. If you need any additional assistance as your countdown draws to a close, you're welcome to come see us again at
planDisney. We're happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
