Can I bring a soft cooler and any outside food or drinks?

    Hi Margie! Welcome to planDisney.

In only two days, you will be immersed in The World's Most Magical Celebration at Walt Disney World Resort. Be on the lookout for the golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo opportunities to share with family and friends back home. You can find the head cheese himself, Mickey Mouse in the hub at Magic Kingdom Park.

You can absolutely bring a soft cooler with food and drinks. Here are a few rules to keep in mind. Your cooler cannot be larger than 24" inches long X 15" inches wide X 18" inches high. Loose or dry ice is not permitted. You are recommended to use cooler packs. I never enter the parks without my refillable water bottle to beat the Florida heat. My pal, Anne Marie has an extensive list of water bottle refilling stations throughout Walt Disney World, be sure to check it out.

If you happen to visit Magic Kingdom Park, bring your cooler and family to the "hub grass" location at the end of Main Street U.S.A. to enjoy a magical picnic. At EPCOT, I would head straight to World Showcase for a spot to enjoy a view of the World Showcase Lagoon. In Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, any bench where I can watch the monkeys or flamingos is my top snacking spot. Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, I would probably grab a beer from BaseLine Tap House to enjoy my goodies or a bench by Echo Lake.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
