Hello Astrid, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am happy to let you know that
Guests are permitted to bring their own snacks when visiting Disney parks. With so many tempting treats in the parks, I'll toss some healthier snacks such as granola bars, string cheese, or fruit into my bag. I recommend reviewing the
park rules in advance of your visit. Alcohol and glass containers are prohibited. Consider "sturdier" snacks that will hold up well (For example, baby carrots or an apple do well in my bag.), and also consider food safety with perishable foods in the Florida heat. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich might be a better choice than say, egg salad.
If you would like to bring an insulated container for your snacks, check the maximum allowable bag size listed in the park rules. Please be aware that
loose ice in a container is not allowed. Ice packs or small baggies of ice are fine.
Lockers are available in each park if you would like to store your snacks.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you
plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Enjoy!
