I would like to bring a small portable beach tent for my 3 year old. Would this be allowed or confiscated? Since I can't upload a photo of said tent, I will give an the item name: baby delight go with me deluxe placard villa tent

Ahoy there, Amanda! Thanks for sailing back to us at planDisney.

It looks like a magical vacation is in the works! I love Disney's private islands. They are the perfect combination of sand, sun, and pixie dust! You are also brilliant at bringing coverage for your little one. The sun is gorgeous, but it can get quite hot, and both islands are set up to provide maximum sun for the beachgoers.

I checked the list of restricted items, and you are good to go since the tent is not inflatable. Many recreational items are not allowed, but in general, Disney wants all of its guests to have a magical experience, especially the little ones!

Since you'll have the tent plus other bags, bring a bunch of people or something that helps you carry it all out to the beach! If you choose to bring a wagon, make sure it's collapsible so that it is allowed on board. Castaway Cay also has complimentary wagons available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Since you're traveling with a toddler, take advantage of the extra thoughtful amenities on board for kiddos. From the Oceaneer's Club to the littles' specific splash pads, there is always something to keep them entertained while sailing.

If you have any other questions, you know where to find us! Cheers to a magical sailing.
