I would like to bring a school group to Disney and have them participate in the Festival Disney program. I am looking at April 2022. Do you know if the Festival Disney program will be up and running then? How soon can I register and start planning?

    Heigh-Ho Robin

As 2021 moves forward through this incredibly, unpredictable time Walt Disney World continues to monitor and maintain the changes in order to provide a healthy and safe environment for all Guests and Cast Members. With this comes small and controlled openings and returns such as more Disney Resorts Collection hotels opening, face-covering regulation updates, the new choreographed socially-distance premiere of Festival of the Lion King, the opening of Disney’s Blizzard Beach and the return of a modified Park Hopper option

More openings and returns are bound to come. But all will be done in a way to provide a successful and safe return. I am anxiously awaiting the return of more restaurants, parades, shows and fireworks but know one day my wish will come true. And while I am not privy to the return of any of these beloved iconic Disney moments as well as the return of many of the Disney Youth Programs, the best place to stay up to date is through the Disney Parks Blog and by signing up to receive the Disney Youth Program e-newsletter. We are all anxious to get back to the Disney Norm but are happy with all the magical and memorable moments currently happening around the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
