Can you bring in rubber ducks to be passed out at the park or hidden for guests.

Welcome back to planDisney, Tracey. Your question is as delightful as a duck gliding across the Seven Seas Lagoon!

While there isn’t an official policy in the Walt Disney World Rules that I could find on hiding or passing out rubber ducks in the parks, it’s always good to keep Disney’s general guidelines in mind. On Disney Cruise Line, guests are now discouraged from hiding ducks in staterooms or public areas, so while there’s no specific rule for the theme parks, they will likely have a similar stance.

That said, handing out ducks directly to fellow guests as a fun and friendly gesture should be just fine in moderation! Many guests love spreading a little extra magic, whether through small giveaways or uplifting notes. To be sure, I recommend stopping by Guest Relations when you arrive to check for any updates. And if you’re hoping to brighten a Cast Member’s day, the best way is through the Cast Compliment feature in the My Disney Experience app. Kind words always go a long way!

Since your trip is just around the corner, be sure to check out the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! The Fleur de Lys Outdoor Kitchen near the France pavilion serves up a delicious pulled duck confit with rosemary sauce and gnocchi, which is a perfect nod to your favorite feathered friends.

I hope your Walt Disney World adventure is quack-tacular, Tracey! See ya real soon!
