Can we bring portable lights, like a flashlight, or very small camping light to use on the verandah? We want to hang out in the verandah at night before we go to bed.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kristine Michelle!

I am glad you sailed by with another great question about your upcoming adventure.  I bet your countdown is flying by as you finalize your packing list!  I am so excited for you!

You can add flashlights and any small, battery operated camping light to your packing list without worry.  Lights that must be plugged into the wall or camping lights that are powered by a fuel other than batteries are included on the prohibited items list and must be left at home.

There is a fixture outside on your verandah to light up this area at night if you wish.  If you have any trouble locating the control for this light in your stateroom, be sure to ask your Stateroom Host for assistance!

My family enjoys winding down our evening on the verandah as well.  We like to order cookies and milk or an appetizer from the complimentary room service menu to enjoy outside in the ocean breeze before heading to bed.

Cruise on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any more questions you have as you get ready for your magical getaway!
