    if we bring our pop century mugs from last year, can we use them for free coffee, drinks, etc

    The refillable resort mugs are good for the length of stay on the vacation you purchase them.  Once you leave Disney they become a great souvenir for home.  I enjoy a bit of the magic every day drinking my tea out of Disney mugs!  On your next trip to the 'World' you'll need to buy new mugs, as they are a one-vacation only purchase.
