Can I bring my own stroller into the theme parks?

Yes you can. And in my opinion you should. During the past week WDW drastically increased their stroller rental prices. The new pricing structure is detailed here.

I have never been a big fan of the Disney strollers, they are uncomfortable for the smallest children, they don't recline for napping, and there is no extra storage space, and with the new pricing, they are expensive too. The only possible negative to having your own stroller at WDW is the need to fold it to get it onto a bus. I agree that this can be cumbersome, but personally would rather carry my own stroller for a few moments than spend hundreds of dollars on a rental.
