Hi Becky,
The only real special event going on at WDW during February is the Atlanta Braves spring training taking place at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. If you're interested in more information about this, visit the Braves site at atlanta.braves.mlb.com or ticketmaster.com.
For birthdays, many guests arrange for a cake to be delivered to a WDW restaurant as a surprise. You can make this happen by calling 407-827-2253.
Beyond that, you should arrange your days depending on what your kids are interested in. Is your child a pirate lover? Then spend the day getting a makeover at the Magic Kingdom Pirates League and riding Pirates of the Caribbean 10 times in a row. Is your child a foodie? Then make a plan to try an international snack in every country of Epcot's World Showcase. For more ideas, try checking out this list of
unusual things to do at Walt Disney World. You may also want to head over to the independent website blog.touringplans.com. Search there for an article called "Trip Planning 101: Celebrating at Walt Disney World." This may give you more ideas on how to make your visit extra special.
Please let us know what else you need. We're happy to help.
