We would like to bring a group of about 19 people to Disney. Is there a discount rate for groups?

    Hi Hannah,

Welcome to planDisney! How fun that you're planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth with so many fellow Mouseketeers! You are going to have an AMAZING trip and make memories together you'll all cherish for a lifetime!

While yes, Disney does offer group discounts, you'll need to book ten or more Disney Resort hotel rooms for at least one night to be eligible. If you feel like you will meet that requirement, I'd encourage you to chat with a Cast Member at Disney Group Getaways. If not, Hakuna Matata...no worries! There are still lots of great offers available to everyone! Whether your group would like to split into multiple 2 or 3-Bedroom Deluxe Villas, Family Suites, or Cabins, or you'd prefer to just book the number of Resort hotel rooms that fit you all best, please be sure to check out the Special Offers page! I'm not sure when you're planning to visit, but if there's nothing there that applies to your trip yet, do know that it's possible to add a discount to your visit if one comes out later that applies to your stay. That will allow you to go ahead and make your plans so that you can set up your Disney Park Pass reservations exactly how you'd like and guarantee your places in the parks on your preferred days!

Hannah, hearing that you're planning a trip for a pretty large party, I did want to share a few other tips, too. First, my fellow Panelist Andrea gives some great advice for how to make dining reservations for your whole crew. I hope you find that helpful! Next, did you know that if just one of you purchases Memory Maker, you'll be able to view, share, and download the photos for up to 25 fellow Mouseketeers on your Family & Friends list? Just be sure to give each other permission to share photos, then enjoy that fantastic deal which will allow you to keep the memories alive for years to come! Finally, please feel free to split up some during your theme park days. While there will definitely be experiences you all want to enjoy together, it might be best to split up a bit in the afternoon to allow the thrill-seekers to enjoy some wild rides while those who prefer to rest can slow down for a bit. When you all come together again, you can catch up and share about your favorite parts of the day!

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Hannah, and please don't hesitate to come back and see us again if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope you and your entire crew have a truly magical vacation!
