Can I bring any food into the parks?

You sure can! Disney welcomes you to bring in anything from simple snacks to elaborate picnics. You will just need to use a backpack or soft-sided cooler to carry your food, as hard plastic coolers are not permitted.

If you elect to bring a full meal, you might wish to consider renting a locker in which to store your bag. It's easier than carrying your bag with you all day, and I think the shaded locker area helps keep your food cooler as well.
