Hi there, Kaitlyn,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.
As a mom of four children which includes a set of twin boys, I have personally taken a double stroller into the theme parks "minnie" times when my boys were toddlers. We used our side-by-side double stroller on several trips, but eventually moved to two lightweight single strollers as the boys got older. As long as your
double stroller is not larger than 36" x 52", you should definitely be able to bring it into the theme parks.
Stroller rentals are also available at the theme parks and Disney Springs. Guests have the option of renting single or double strollers; however, they must be returned before leaving the park. I always found it to be super helpful to have a stroller throughout our entire vacation.
When using
Disney's complimentary bus transportation and boat service such as the water launches and some ferryboats, you will be asked to collapse your stroller before boarding. While I assisted the children, my husband always took stroller duty and actually became quite proficient in collapsing it quickly and bringing it onboard the buses.
I hope this information has been helpful, Kaitlyn. Let us know if you have any additional questions in the days leading up to your trip. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical vacation!
Happy Travels,
Jodie
