Welcome aboard, Renata!
I love the way you're thinking! I am always on the hunt for a good bargain, and you're right that now, or just after Halloween, is a great time to begin looking for a swashbuckling pirate costume, or simply some pirate gear and accessories, to wear on
Pirate Night on your Disney Cruise Line vacation! Pirate costumes are not required of course, but you will have a lot of fun putting on your pirate best that night when the whole ship celebrates Mickey's Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party. Throughout the day, there will be pirate-themed games and activities around the ship and in the Youth Clubs. Dinner is pirate-themed, and your dining servers will be dressed as pirates. Mickey and his friends will be out wearing their pirate costumes, and of course you will all enjoy the deck party followed by the Buccaneer Blast fireworks at sea! All guests receive a Mickey's Pirates IN the Caribbean bandana to wear that night, but many guests go above and beyond with their own costumes!
Little princesses who sail with Disney are quite often seen either on Formal Night or at the Fantasy's Royal Court Royal Tea, wearing their favorite princess costume for pictures with the Disney princesses. The
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique takes advanced reservations to magically transform kids into princesses and pirates and costumes are available as part of those packages, however other packages not including costumes are available too, so if you find a great deal on a princess dress for your little one now, buy it and bring it along to for her boutique appointment, or simply to wear onboard!
Have fun finding the practically perfect costumes for your family, Renata! Stop back if you have more questions before you head out to sea!
