Hi Elizabeth! Thanks for putting your trust in planDisney!
Surf's Up! I can't believe that in just a few days you'll be walking right down the middle of Main Street U.S.A. You must be getting SO excited! If you're staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel while you're visiting you're going to be surrounded by magic from sun up to sundown. A few weeks ago I was having breakfast at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Donald Duck himself found a spot in the lobby and was greeting Guests. I just think it's so fun to have perks like character sightings and
Early Theme Park Entry when you stay in a Disney Resort!
It sounds like you're ready to hit the
Crush 'n' Gusher and ride the waves in the
Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool at
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park! After all that fun you and your party will definitely need to refuel with snacks and drinks! Guests of the
Walt Disney World Resort are
able to bring coolers into the Theme Parks and Water Parks as long as they are no larger than 24' long x 15' wide x 18" high. You can pack breakfast, lunch and snacks as long as there is
no loose ice, no glass containers, and no alcoholic beverages inside. All containers are subject to search by Cast Members.
While we all love our usual snacks from home you might want to save a little room for treats right from Typhoon Lagoon itself! My favorite treat that really embraces the magic of the
Resort's 50th anniversary is the EARidescent Ice Dream Cone from
Happy Landings Ice Cream! This Birthday Cake flavored soft-serve Swirl with a White Chocolate dipped cone and EARidescent Sprinkles is all you need to round out a perfect day in the Water Park!
Have a
Humunga Kowbunga good time!
