Hey, Robert! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! You are welcome to bring food and drinks into the Walt Disney World Resort parks and it is a really great way to help budget for your vacation. I do want to make sure you are aware that the
Property Rules were recently updated with changes to the type of things that can be brought into the parks. Since I am sure you will want to keep your food cool, know that
loose ice in coolers is not allowed through security checkpoints. You can, however, utilize reusable ice packs or put loose ice within resealable bags inside your cooler.
As you explore the parks, your food and drinks can hang out in a
locker that can be rented at the front of the park. There are various sizes found at each park, so be sure to make note of which size may fit your cooler. I will include the current price of each, but please note that prices are subject to change at any time.
All four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks have the following sizes:
Small locker: 12" x 10" x 17" and is currently $10 per day.
Large locker: 15.5" x 13" x 17" and is currently $12 per day.
In addition to these lockers, you can find Jumbo sized lockers at Epcot and Magic Kingdom Park. These lockers are sized at 17” x 22" x 26" and the current cost is $15 per day.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach Water Parks have the following size lockers:
Standard: 12.5" x 10" x 17" and is $10 per day.
Large: 15.5" x 13" x 17" and is $15 per day.
If you are renting the locker with cash or a major credit card, you may go directly to the self-service kiosk to rent it. If you need to use your MagicBand (linked to a credit card) or a Disney Gift Card, then you will need to visit the merchandise location closest to the lockers for assistance. There, a Cast Member can process your payment and give you a code for the self-service kiosk.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
