Can I bring a CamelBak water pack into the parks at WDW?

    Welcome to planDisney, Phil!

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it!  I'm glad to hear you are planning ahead and thinking about ways to stay hydrated.  It is so important during the warmer months.  You'll be happy to know that CamelBak water packs are permitted in Disney Parks.  If you need to refill your pack, complimentary cups of ice water are available at quick-service dining locations, and at stands or carts that sell fountain drinks.  Just ask!  You'll also notice a few water bottle filling stations.  I thought you might like to know that Guests are welcome to bring in their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages as well.  Glass containers are not permitted.  I recommend reviewing the Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, which include a list of prohibited items, in advance of your visit.

I hope you'll have time during your vacation to stop by the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.  One of my favorite things to do is snack my way around the park, sampling delicious items from the outdoor festival booths.  My fellow panelists and I put together some great tips for enjoying the festival in this Disney Parks Blog article.

Phil, if you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to stop by planDisney again.  Have a wonderful vacation!
