Can I bring bottled water in a rolling briefcase instead of a backpack?

    Hello again, Mary!

Welcome back to planDisney, and thanks for asking us another Disneyland Resort question. It sounds like you’re getting ready for your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Per the resort rules, rolling bags and coolers or trailer-type products that are pulled behind you on wheels are not permitted. However, you are welcome to bring any type of water bottle, hydration backpack, or insulated drink container along while you explore the theme parks as long as it’s not made of glass. There are several drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations located throughout the parks to help you stay hydrated, which will be especially important on the warm days in Southern California’s forecast this week! You may also request a free cup of water at most counter-service dining locations.

If you still wish to bring along several bottled waters and need storage space for them, locker rentals of various sizes are available inside the theme parks and in the Esplanade between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to hold your belongings for the day.

I hope this information is helpful, Mary, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted day! Please feel free to write back with more questions in the future.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
