Should I bring beach toys on the Disney cruise the Wonder, we are porting out of New Orleans & are going on port adventure in Cozumel & my lil boy loves to play in the sand.

    Ahoy Desstina!

Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  How exciting that you will be stepping onboard the Disney Wonder TODAY!  I bet your little one is bursting with excitement to get onboard and sail with Captain Mickey later this afternoon!

In my experience, beach toys have not been available during many of our Port Adventures that included beach time.  If your little one would like to build castles and dig moats, I would recommend picking up some small toys to stow away in your suitcase for him.

Mickey's Mainsail, one of the great shops on the Disney Wonder, does offer toys and I have seen sand toys here on some sailings.  Check this shop once onboard if you don't have time to get him some before you sail away today.  If your cruise includes a stop at Disney's Castaway Cay, sand toys are available for purchase on the island and make a great souvenir for future beach adventures.  We still have our beach toys purchased on the island from our very first Disney cruise!

I hope I have steered you in the right direction, Desstina.  Enjoy every magical moment onboard with your son!

    Bon voyage!  Angie
