    Bret, Thanks for answering my last question! Follow up question: What is a customized menu at the Coral Reef? Are they available at other restaurants? Thank you to all your great information! Read the panel daily!

    I don't know of any other restaurant that offers a customized menu for guests.  The Coral Reef's custom menu includes personalized photos and text -- both of which you provide to the restaurant in advance via email. 

    For example, for an anniversary you could send some photos from when you dated, a wedding photo, and/or earlier anniversary photos, as well as perhaps a poem or your wedding vows.  The restaurant will then take your material and turn it into a nice custom designed menu. 

    Of course the actual food selections on the menu are not customized, but the document becomes a really nice souvenir to take home with you to remember your time at the Coral Reef.
