    Hi Bret read in a prev. answer that they film the Xmas parade 1st wknd of Dec. we will be there 12/2-12/7 will areas of park be closed while they are filming? We r going in a grand gathering of 10 and don't want to much drama about detors and such. Thankx!

    As I've stated before, I do not know for sure what the timing of the taping of the Christmas parade will be, but the first weekend of December seems likely in my opinion. 

    The only place that is not accessible during the taping of the parade is Main Street and the hub area in front of the castle. The rest of the Magic Kingdom remains open and fully accessible, as do all of the other parks at WDW.  I wouldn't worry about it too much.
