Hi Bret. Help, my DD must register for her college courses via internet while we are @ WDW. We will be @ DHS that day and are staying @ Poly. I know she can use internet service in our room however is there another spot she can go to that is closer? Thanx.

I really think that it will be easiest to do this from the resort.  I can't imagine you would want to carry around a laptop all day, and I don't know of any public internet-connected computers you could use.

I did a lot of research for you (studioscentral.com, google, wdwinfo.com, allears.net, etc.), and mostly came up empty.  At first I was excited to find photos at Hollywood Studios of some coin-operated AT&T internet terminals next to some pay phone in the park, but from what I understand these were old photos, and the terminals are no longer there (I'm ~90% confident that they were removed).

If you do bring a laptop (but, I'm not recommending you do that), you can pay for Wi-Fi internet access in the lobbies of the Beach Club or Boardwalk resorts, which are a not too too far from Disney's Hollywood Studios (but, it is decent walk away).

If you want more info about internet access at WDW, the best page I've run across is at www.wdwinfo.com (search for "internet access", and you'll find the page "Internet Access at WDW").

    Hope that helps.
