Hi Bret, Our first visit is Feb. 16-19 '09 a busy time of year. (1or2 days MK,1 day HS) The kids will be 7 and 4 yr old twins. If we have time for a third park would you recommend Future World in Epcot or AK? My kids can't go on the bigger rides at AK.

You are asking someone who simply loves the Animal Kingdom (AK). So, I will be biased! However, I know that the Animal Kingdom is often listed as people's least favorite park (still good, but it's fourth!).  So, instead of me just stating my personal opinion (GO WITH THE ANIMAL KINGDOM!!!), let me describe the two options in more detail to help you decide:

AK: Best for kids that love animals, shows, and have the patience for enjoying the details of this park.
Some of my favorite details include: all of the Hidden Mickeys, DiVine, themeing in each land (Africa, Asia, etc.), the animals "carved" into the tree of life.
Favorite non-thrill attractions: Kilimanjaro Safari, Finding Nemo Musical, Festival of the Lion King , Conservation Station (possibly see vets operating on/caring for animals), and Maharajah Jungle Trek

Epcot: Best for kids that love science, technology and/or the future.
Favorite non-thrill attractions: Spaceship Earth, Soarin', Living with the Land, Journey Into Imagination, Turtle Talk (I assume Test Track, and Mission: SPACE are out due to fear and/or height), and Club Cool (free samples of sodas from around the world!)

If I had to choose one attraction from the lists above, I'd choose Soarin', but if I get to choose a whole park, I'd definitely choose the Animal Kingdom, and mostly because of the extra details.

Bonus Tip: Based on info from www.touringplans.com, and my own experience, I'd recommend the following parks per day order (to minimize crowds)...

    - If you choose AK, then go with: Monday-MK, Tues-DHS, Wed-MK, and Thurs-AK
    - If you choose Epcot, then go with: Monday-Epcot, Tues-MK, Wed-MK, Thurs-DHS
