We have breakfast reservations at the Plaza restaurant in the Magic Kingdom for 8:00 a.m. We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge. Do the buses and/or boats start running early enough to get us there? You guys are the best!

    Welcome Home Shirley!

Thanks for swinging by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are super smart to have an early morning breakfast reservation in Magic Kingdom Park. After having a delicious start to your day, you will be ahead of the crowds for the attractions!

One of our home resorts is Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Besides the modern rustic vibe (which I adore!), my favorite thing about the Resort is its location. It is a quick ten-minute boat ride to Magic Kingdom Park, and a refreshing way to start your day.

Walt Disney World Resort Watercraft transportation usually starts about 45 minutes before Park opening. If you don’t want to take the boat, bus transportation from the Hotel starts approximately one (1) hour before Park opening. Now, if you prefer to arrive like a VIP, hail a Minnie Van through the Lyft app. A delightful Cast Member will pick you up at the Resort entrance and deliver you straight to the gates of Magic Kingdom Park!

Shirley, you can arrive at the far left Touchpoints of Magic Kingdom Park’s Main Entrance as early as 7:30 am. Once you are through, you can head straight to breakfast. If you arrive with a few minutes to spare, you might be lucky enough to get a picture on Main Street U.S.A. with Cinderella Castle as your background without anybody else in the frame! One of the perks of being in the Park early!

I wish you a vacation that is practically perfect in every way.
