We have breakfast reservations at Chef Mickey on May 19th at 7:15 am and the plan to spend the day at MK...what do we do if the park is not open yet when we are done?

Your Walt DIsney World vacation is right around the corner, Nicole! Chef Mickey's is one of my family's favorite Character DIning Experiences! I have always found our meals at Chef Mickey's to take at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours.  I honestly don't foresee you having a lot of time to kill after your breakfast. By the time you finish breakfast and either make the 10-15 minute walk or take the monorail to Magic Kingdom Park, I believe you will find it to be very close to park opening. With that being said, if you do find yourself with extra time following your breakfast, I would use that time to visit the restroom and purchase any last minute essentials for your day in the park. This will help expedite things once you arrive to the park so that you can get a jump on the magic that awaits! I would also recommend watching the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show which takes place approximately 15 minutes prior to park opening. I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to write me back if you have any additional questions that I can assist you with in the days leading up to your trip. Best wishes for a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Nicole!
    Happy Planning,
