We have a breakfast reservation at 7:30 am at Chef Mickey's. What is the best way to get there from Saratoga Springs using Disney transportation? I'm confused about what time the buses and monorail actually start running! Thanks!

An early morning at Chef Mickey's, with the excitement of a new Disney Day ahead and the whir of the monorail above, is the perfect way to set your day on the right track. Great choice!

There are generally busses running for early Advance Dining Reservations and you should be able to catch one to Magic Kingdom Park. However, the early morning transportation schedule is subject to change, so I highly recommend that you check with the Concierge inside the Carriage House the night before your reservation just to be sure. As long as you confirm the availability of a bus bound for Magic Kingdom Park, plan to hop aboard and journey to the bus depot. From there, I would recommend the 5-10 minute stroll along the walkway to Disney's Contemporary Resort. This is normally the most efficient way to travel. Of course, if the Resort Monorail is in operation, you can always walk up the ramp and board for the 1-stop to Grand Canyon Concourse in Disney's Contemporary Resort. The choice is up to you!

I hope this helps, Jenny. Please let us know if you have any other planning questions for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. We love to help.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
