Is breakfast at pop century considered a snack or a quick meal on dining plan?

This answer to this depends on what you want to eat. There are snack items for sale at the Pop Century food court that many people would consider to be breakfast. These include things like pastries or a piece of fruit. If you just get one of these items, you'll be able to take care of breakfast with a snack credit. However, if you want to get a full breakfast (eggs, pancakes, etc.) then this would count as a Quick Service meal.

The choice of how to allocate your Dining Plan credits is really up to you.

Have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World!
