Breakfast Buffet at the Wave — what is included ? Beverage? Order one entree like some other buffets ? Omelette station ?

Hello there, Lee! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to reach back out and allowing us to help you plan another trip to Walt Disney World Resort!

The Wave... of American Flavors is truly a hidden gem tucked in Disney's Contemporary Resort! This often-overlooked dining location serves dishes crafted from locally sourced items and is so incredibly delicious. My family and I have enjoyed dining here for breakfast on many occasions and often list this as one of our go-to dining locations at Walt Disney World Resort! We love the fact that I am able to order food based on my dietary restrictions while my husband can enjoy as much food as he can devour!

Guests are welcome to order the all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast buffet that consists of many pre-made dishes as well as made-to-order options. You may request any of the main entrees as a part of the buffet which includes the Omelet Your Way. In addition, unlimited drink refills are included at all buffet and all-you-care-to-enjoy dining locations.

I strongly recommend giving The Wave... of American Flavors a try during your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort! It may very well become one of your family's favorites as well!

Have fun continuing to plan for your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
