Bonjour, Dan. It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to planDisney today!
I was lucky enough to dine at
Be Our Guest Restaurant for breakfast once years ago, and it was such a delectable experience. I, like you, wish I knew when we could expect Beast to open up his castle gates for Guests in the morning once again, but it seems he has hidden that information somewhere in the West Wing for the time being. I suggest keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog, as they will likely be the first to announce any updates on the return of breakfast at Be Our Guest Restaurant. In the meantime, let me offer you a few alternatives to get a tasty breakfast in its absence.
- Is there a better way to start your day than by savoring a Mickey Waffle? I think not! You can find Mickey Waffles at Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square.
- The Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland offers a breakfast bowl, complete with a cheese omelet and chili con carne queso, and my personal favorite breakfast treat, Sticky Bubble Bread. Both menu items are super tasty and a great way to start your day.
- Gaston’s Tavern has ginormous, delectable cinnamon rolls for those who crave something sweet and a ham, provolone, and swiss sandwich for those who need something more hearty to get their day going. The portion sizes are perfect for sharing, which means more funds for snacks later in the day.
- The Friar’s Nook in Fantasyland offers breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon-sugar doughnut holes, and tots lathered in a sausage gravy.
- Westward Ho in Frontierland also offers breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon-sugar doughnut holes. If you like to start your day at Big Thunder Mountain Railroad like I do, this is the place to go.
Dan, you are always welcome to put our service to the test again here at planDisney if you think of more questions before your magical getaway. We’re all ears and happy to help!
You are the magic,
Alyssa
