How can I get a breakdown of my Disney reservation cost?

Welcome to planDisney, Anthony, and greetings to a fellow Floridian! Don't you love living so close to the magic? I know I do. Your springtime visit to Walt Disney World Resort will be here in just a few weeks, and how lucky that you'll be visiting during one of my favorite festivals, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. I can't wait to check out the Garden Rocks Concert Series during my upcoming visit. But you can't have a vacation without paying a few bills, am I right? So let's see if we can show you the money...or where it's going!

The easiest way to check the breakdown of your Disney Resort Hotel reservation is on the My Disney Experience Mobile App on your phone. Tap on the Future Plans tile and scroll until you see your resort reservation. If you still need to complete Online Check-In, you'll see a blue bar that says Start Check-In Now. I've found that my resort billing information doesn't populate until after I've completed Online Check-In.

Once you're checked in, you'll see a link to View Room Details under the name of your resort hotel. Click it to see a page with pertinent information about your resort and reservation. Next, scroll down a bit, and you'll see a row of blue icons for things like Choose MagicBands and Unlock Door. This is where you should see View Charges with a blue folder icon. Click View Charges to see a daily breakdown of costs for your resort reservation. This is also where you can see your current balance and any payments you've made.

Anthony, I hope I've helped you track down the information you were looking for. I also hope you've taken advantage of some of the perks offered to Florida Residents. I always try to apply those discounts to my resort reservation. Every little bit helps, as my dad used to say! So stop back by planDisney anytime you have questions and enjoy your trip home.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
