My Disney Experience app. If you're on-site, swing by your Disney Resort Collections hotel front desk—they can give you a detailed printout of your expenses. In case you're wrapping up your visit today or have already bid adieu, keep an eye on your email. Usually, an itemized list of charges is sent to the email linked to your My Disney Experience account. And if you've used
Mobile Food and Beverage Order for food, your purchases get neatly itemized in an email after picking up your order.
For those who've left and haven't received their folio charges, a call to
Guest Services can sort that out for you. If they aren't able to assist, they will likely help you contact the Billing and Research team.
