    My boys are 6 and 12. I made reservations at CRT, thought it would be cool to go in castle. But now wondering if pirates and pals would be a better experience for boys? Thanks for all your advice, Love this site!!

    Hi there Sarah!  That's a great question!  As a mom of three boys ages seven (twins)  and eleven, I would definitely recommend Pirate and Pals Fireworks Voyage for your boys! Although it is a very cool experience to dine in Cinderella Castle, you will be greeted by Disney Princesses throughout your meal. My boys are at the age now that they would not appreciate nor particularly care for the experience the way my daughter would. My family experienced our first Pirate and Pals Fireworks Voyage in May and absolutely loved it!  The adventure begins at Disney's Contemporary Resort with scrumptious snacks and photo opportunities with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee in a whimsical pirate-themed setting. Once we set sail on the Seven Seas Lagoon, we got to see the Electrical Water Pageant up close and then watched Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from the most beautiful vantage point on the water. Along your voyage, you will be entertained by a very comical Pirate host, Patch.
