My boyfriend and I will be staying at the Grand Floridian concierge (4/24). We'll be arriving first thing in the morning and, though our room likely won't be ready, was wondering if we can take advantage of the complimentary breakfast when we arrive?

    Hi Brittany!

Absolutely! We've often checked-in during early morning hours, and its not a problem at all.

When you arrive at Walt Disney World be sure to check-in right away at the Grand Floridian. When you do, you'll be given your room key, which also serves as your key to access the club level areas as well.

You are welcome to enjoy any of the refreshments, snacks, and planning resources at the lounge from that time on. Likewise, on the day you check out, you'll have full access to the lounge until midnight. We've often enjoyed an afternoon snack and some relaxation in the lounge before heading home.

Also, be sure to contact the Itinerary Planning Office (the number can be found in your confirmation email) ahead of time. Not only can they assist you with any reservations you'd like to make for dining and tours, but you can also let them know your arrival time. While they won't be able to guarantee that your room will be ready upon arrival, they will do their best to try and have it ready!

I hope this help! Have a great time!
