My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to Walt Disney world December 4th-10th we have visited before and we have pretty much planned out all of the parks except for Epcot during the holidays. What is the best way to navigate the world showcase? Thanks!

    Welcome Amber,

There is no better time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort than during the holidays.  Everything, including the parks and resorts are decked out in their holiday finery.  Millions of lights adorn almost every inch of real estate so it really is the holiday of lights at Disney.  The question is, do you want to start your trip around the world with tacos or cheddar cheese soup?  As you enter World Showcase, you can take a left and start in Mexico or take a right and begin in Canada.  Since World Showcase is just one large circle, you won't miss anything no matter which direction you take.  Christmas is a special time at Epcot as it is a celebration of the holidays around the world.  You will be steeped into the traditions of each country you visit and learn how the children in other nations celebrate the spirit of Santa Claus.  Not to be missed is the Candlelight Processional which tells the story of the birth of savior born in Bethlehem.  The orchestral arrangement along with the angelic voices that accompany them will truly put you into the spirit of the season.

Wishing you a wonderful holiday and a very merry vacation!

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.
