My boyfriend and I live in California but our drivers licenses are from out of state- can we still visit? Or do you need a California ID to prove residency?

    Bonjour, Gwendolyn!

It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to planDisney! And now we invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair as the panelists proudly present….your answer!

I love that you and your boyfriend want adventure in the great wide somewhere, and I’m so very glad you chose The Happiest Place on Earth as your destination! From fun attractions like Snow White’s Enchanted Wish to delectable churros to snack on, there’s so much magic to experience!

Gwendolyn, you’re correct about theme park reservation eligibility being available to residents of The Golden State. As you know, theme park reservations are required, along with your theme park tickets. To make these, Guests must be logged into their Disney account, which needs to be associated with a California address. Proof of residency may be requested upon arrival; to ensure your entrance, I would encourage you to bring an official document that was mailed to your California address, such as a utility bill with your name and California address.

I hope you both have an enchanting time, Gwendolyn!
