My boyfriend and I are HUGE sushi fans we are going on the deluxe dining plan and thinking of going to morimota for dinner would it make sense to use our dining plan there? We plan on only ordering sushi, does the entree consist of only one roll?

Hi there, Genevieve! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am a huge Iron Chef fan and remember the days of Chef Morimoto, so although I have not had the pleasure of dining at Morimoto Asia myself, it is on my Walt Disney World Resort dining bucket list!

Dinner at Morimoto Asia will require two credits on the Disney Dining Plan. Since the menu here is quite unique, your two credits will include an appetizer, entrée, dessert, and a beverage.

While your entree can be made up of two sushi rolls, if you and your boyfriend are only there for the sushi, and not interested in the other courses, you would be better off not using your dining plan entitlements and paying cash for this dining experience instead.

Genevieve, did you know that you will be visiting during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival? While some of the festival booths have had great sushi offerings in years past, strolling along the festival booths makes a great date night and is a great use of your snack credits!

I hope that this helped Genevieve. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical vacation.

We hope to see you real soon!
