In order to use your offer to return to the magic, you’ll need to act fast! These offers are only available within seven days of checkout. I don’t usually receive an email with these offers, but
hakuna matata because there’s an easy way to find them! First, you can read about the offers and eligible dates
here. Then the next step is to log in to your My Disney Experience account. Hover over “Places to Stay” and click on “View All Disney Accommodations.” Next, search your desired dates, but be sure you are searching for dates that are eligible for the return offer. When the list of resort hotels appears, pricing should appear that reflects this offer. You’ll know because it will say “Save on Your Next Stay” above the rate for each resort. If it doesn’t say this, go ahead and click on a resort to look at room rates. Above the room rates for the resort you’ve selected, you should see “What Offers would you like to see?” Look for the one that says “Save on Your Next Stay.” When you click on that, the rates for your return offer should appear.
If you are unable to locate this offer online, the next step is to
call to speak with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you. It is important to note that these return offers are subject to availability, even if you are searching dates that are eligible within the offer. There are also many other excellent
Special Offers that you may want to check out if the bounce back offer isn’t available on your preferred dates.
