Are the Boulder Ridge deluxe rooms at Wilderness Lodge renovated? I have booked for Christmas and saw some youtube videos, but the websitte doesn't have the photos updated or a note that it was refurbished.

Welcome to planDisney, Amanda!

As fellow Disney Vacation Club Members, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge has become one of our favorite destinations to bring friends and family. We feel transported to the Pacific Northwest, while only a boat ride away from Magic Kingdom Park. Let's take a look at recent refurbishments.

I confirmed with a Cast Member that the refurbishments at Boulder Ridge Villas should all be complete at this time. This includes all the Deluxe Studio options. So you can plan on celebrating Christmas in a gorgeously refurbished room. In my opinion, Disney's Wilderness Lodge has the best holiday decorations. Enjoy that magnificent tree in the lobby. Also, make sure you look into making reservations at two of the best eating experiences nearby, Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White or Whispering Canyon Cafe. Both provide interactive elements in addition to delicious dining.
