Bienvenido a planDisney! I am sorry to hear that your
tickets are not showing in your My Disney Experience for your upcoming trip! I know that can be frustrating, but there are ways to help solve this issue! Primarily, you will need to try and link your tickets on your own. On your My Disney Experience website, click on My Plans and then Add to Plans. Then you will click on Link Reservations and Plans, and finally, click on Tickets. Here you can follow the prompts to add your ticket to your My Disney Experience Profile.
Jose if this doesn't seem to work, you can call
Guest Services, where a Cast Member will be able to assist you to link your tickets. Keep in mind that calls made from outside of the US will incur international charges. Once they are linked, you will need to make
Disney Park Pass reservations in order to enter the theme parks of your choice.
