I have bought wdw magic your way 5 day tickets for myself and husband, we will only use 4 days. Is it possible for my mom who is only planning on going to 2 parks with us to use the unused days, or will we need to buy another ticket for her?

Unfortunately you can't share your tickets with your mother. WDW tickets are non-transferable. The first time you use a ticket you will be asked to place your hand on a biometric scanner at the ticket turnstiles. From that point on, the ticket will be coded with size and shape of your finger. You will need to buy your mother her own ticket.
