Hi. I bought two 2-day park hopper tickets from AAA for me and my husband. They both have my name on them. Was I supposed to buy my husband’s tickets separately so his name can be on the actual ticket? Or can he use one of the tickets with my name on it?

Hi Ruzette and welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to see that you’re busy planning your next visit to the Disneyland Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

Don’t worry one bit about your tickets. He can definitely use one of the theme park tickets you purchased. Here’s what you should do. When you arrive at the theme park entrance, a Cast Member will scan the tickets. As each one is scanned and you go through the gate, just make sure to write your names on the tickets. This way you will be able to tell them apart, when you use that second day. That’s it!

Ruzette, you can then link those tickets and add the correct names to each one on the Disneyland App on your smartphone. They will be so easy to manage via the app!

Don’t forget, every guest visiting “The Happiest Place on Earth” has to make theme park reservations for the days and parks they would like to visit before they arrive. You can do this for both of the tickets you've purchased, even with your name on both of the tickets at the moment. When you open the app, you will see a link to help you make those reservations.

It may be a good idea to look over the experience updates page on the official Disneyland site before your visit. This way you will know all about the protocols in place right now and what to expect.

I hope this information is helpful . Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
