I'm sorry to hear that your plans have changed and you are unable to use your current tickets.
Generally speaking, it is usually possible to upgrade tickets by adding on options and/or more days of admission, but tickets cannot be "downgraded".
Depending on the specific type of tickets you purchased, you may be able to change the ticket start date or reassign the tickets to other Guests in your
Family and Friends list through the
My Disney Experience app. Select the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen (the three horizontal lines), then "Ticket & Passes". Select the ticket you would like to change or reassign. If you are not given these options,
call the Existing Tickets helpline at (407) 934-7639 to speak to a Cast Member.
Hopefully, you will be able to change the date on your tickets to another time when you can visit. The
value of an unused ticket can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket in the future, as long as the new ticket is of greater than or equal value.
Carey, in my experience I am not aware of a situation where 2 tickets could be split into 4 tickets. If you would like more information about your ticket options, give the number above a call or stop in at any
