    I bought 2 tier 4 tickets but then website isn't allowing me to make park reservations for them. How do I do that?

    How’s it going, Bayleigh! I hope you are having a fantastic day!

    If you already have theme park tickets, the only thing left to do before your visit is to secure theme park reservations. It sounds like you are having some issues with making a reservation. I can think of three reasons you may be having problems:

    1. The date you are trying to reserve is blacked-out for Tier 4 tickets. If this is the case, check the black-out dates and select a new date that has availability for your tier.
    2. The date you are trying to reserve no longer has reservations. If this is the case, you will need to select an open date.
    3. There is an issue with your ticket. If problem #1 or #2 is not the issue, I suggest you call a Cast Member to resolve the problem.
    I hope you have a magical trip this June to the Happiest Place on Earth. And don’t forget to stay cool during the hot summer months. My favorite way to cool off at Disneyland Resort is to grab ice cream from my favorite shop, Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor!
