Lissetthe from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi, I bought a tier 4 ticket, and changed the date to a tier 0 ticket, how would I get the price difference and when?

    Hi Lissetthe!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question to us. I'm sorry to hear that your original plans had to be changed but I'm glad that you're still able to fit in a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! You're going to love seeing the entire Disneyland Resort decked out for the Holiday Season. It's one of the most beautiful times to visit!

Lissetthe, according to the Ticket Terms and Conditions, Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable once purchased. Even if you've purchased a higher tier ticket and chose to use it on a lower tier day, their policies are quite strict and refunds are not allowed. The policy states that the cost of wholly unused tickets may be applied towards the purchase of another ticket of equal or higher value only.

I'm sorry if that answer was less than magical. Nevertheless, I still hope that have a wonderful and magical visit to the Disneyland Resort and enjoy it in all its Holiday splendor. If you need anything else from us, please write back again anytime. You're always welcome at planDisney!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
