Hello, Rafael, and welcome to planDisney!
If you purchased
theme park tickets online you can add them to the
My Plans section of My Disney Experience. Please keep in mind that some tickets may not automagically appear in My Disney Experience. To verify, visit the
Link Reservations and Tickets page on disneyworld.com.
To enter a theme park, all Guests ages 3 and older need a theme park reservation and valid theme park admission. There is a
"Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com with instructions on how to make a park reservation through the
Disney Park Pass system. I've also listed simple step-by-step instructions below, which you can follow.
To make your theme park reservations:
- Sign in to your Disney account on the My Disney Experience app.
- Select all members of your party from your family and friends list.
- Select the date you wish to visit.
- Select the park you want to visit.
- Select the time you will arrive.
- Review your reservation details and confirm.
You can also contact the
Disney Reservation Center for further assistance. To speak with a Cast Member, call +1-407-566-4985 or send an email to
ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com.
Before you travel to Walt Disney World, I would suggest checking out the
latest updates about Resort services, amenities, dining, transportation, check-in, and more. You can also review the enhanced
health and safety measures now in place at Walt Disney World Resort before your vacation.
Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Have a magical day!
Bob
