Olga from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello ! i bought tickets yesterday for february 23rd and date was available . I received email today that my order is confirmed. I tried to make reservation and it says that is not available. i am coming from wa state and i am leaving on 24 th february.

    Hiya, Olga! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh, bother! I'm so sorry to hear that the Theme Park Reservations at your desired park are unavailable during your visit on February 23. When checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, it's currently showing that EPCOT is the only park available for that date. But Hakuna Matata, Olga! No worries! There are a few steps that we can try so you're able to visit your preferred park when you make your way to The Most Magical Place on Earth.

First, I would recommend that you make your Theme Park Reservation for the park that is available. Currently, that would be EPCOT. This is a great way to make sure that you're able to visit at least one theme park when you come in to visit. If you do decide to visit EPCOT, I would strongly suggest that you check out some of the new experiences, such as Remy's Ratatouille Adventure or the stunning nighttime spectacular, Harmonious! And you can't go wrong with some decadent sweets from Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie.

Second, keep checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if your desired park has any availability pop up! Guests often change and shift their plans and you may find availability leading up to February 23, even the day before or the morning of! I like to keep checking back regularly to see if any spots open up. If your preferred park does show availability, you'll want to cancel your current Theme Park Reservation and book a new reservation. You would do this by logging into your account online, hovering your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and clicking My Plans. Scroll down until you see your Theme Park Reservation and click View Details, then Cancel This Reservation. You'll want to immediately book your new reservation for your new park!

Third, you may want to consider upgrading your ticket to include a Park Hopper Option! This would allow you to visit the park you made your Theme Park Reservation for during the day, then at 2:00 PM you can hop to any other park, subject to availability. By utilizing the Park Hopper Option, you'll be able to double the magic on your very special day. In fact, you can hop to as many parks as you like up until park closing! In the rare occurrence that your second park is at capacity, you'll be notified on your phone through your My Disney Experience app.

If you'd like to do this, you can try to upgrade your ticket through the My Disney Experience app. Log into the app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked bars in the bottom right corner. Tap Tickets and Passes, then tap on your ticket to upgrade. If you're unable to upgrade your ticket through the app, you can reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members for help. A little like real-life fairy godparents, Cast Members always try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach! If you'd like to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST. You can also upgrade your ticket at any Guest Relations window located near the front of the parks.

Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust, Olga!
