    I bought my tickets about 2 weeks ago and chose to have them emailed to me, i have not received them yet

    I'm sorry to hear you have been waiting on your theme park tickets. All you need is a little faith, trust, and pixie dust from a Walt Disney World Cast Member to help you locate your park tickets. To speak with a Cast Member, call (407) 566-4985 or email ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com

    Once you get your tickets, be sure to make a theme park reservation through the Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation to enter any of the theme parks. You can watch the "Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com for instructions on how to make a park reservation. 

    Your theme park tickets and park reservations can be found under My Plans on My Disney Experience. When you sign in to My Disney Experience online or open the My Disney Experience app, the My Plans page will have your current park tickets, park reservations, and any hotel or dining reservations.
