We did not receive a notice about any issues with the
Disney Park Pass system, so your park tickets may not have linked to your Disney account. Occasionally, theme park tickets do not auto
magically link to your
My Disney Experience account. To verify that your park tickets are linked, visit the
Link Reservations and Tickets page.
Once your park tickets are linked, they can be found on the
My Plans page of My Disney Experience. To access the My Plans page, you can sign in to your account on
disneyworld.com or open the
My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. After your tickets are linked and you see them on the My Plans page, you can try to make your park reservations again through the Disney Park Pass system.
If you continue having trouble making your park reservations, contact the
Disney Reservation Center for further assistance. You can call (407) 566-4985 to speak with a Cast Member, however, please be aware that the call volume may be very high right now. A Cast Member will be more than happy to help you as soon as they can.
