    I bought tickets but I am unable to make reservations

    Welcome to planDisney, Paul!

    I'm sorry that you've been having some trouble making your theme park reservations. I'll be happy to help you with this today. Occasionally, tickets do not automagically appear on your My Disney Experience. To verify that your park tickets are linked, visit the Link Reservations and Tickets page.

    Once you have your tickets, you will need to make a park reservation through the Disney Park Pass system for all Guests ages 3 and older. To make your theme park reservation, watch the "Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com or follow the steps below.

    1. Sign in to your Disney account on the My Disney Experience app.
    2. Select all members of your party from your family and friends list. 
    3. Select the date you wish to visit.
    4. Select the park you want to visit.
    5. Select the time you will arrive.
    6. Review your reservation details and confirm.
    If you're still having trouble, you can also contact the Disney Reservation Center for further assistance. Call (407) 566-4985 to speak with a Cast Member or send an email to ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com
