I bought tickets and tried to link them in the app but only three of the people I bought tickets for appeared in the app with a ticket. How do I add the 4th person I bought for? Email confirmation has all four people listed.

    Welcome to planDisney, Dean!

Thanks for bringing your question our way!

I’m delighted to hEAR you’re planning a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! From delectable snacks like the Cream Cheese Pretzel at The Lunching Pad in Magic Kingdom Park to exploring far-off lands like Pandora - The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, you’re sure to have an incredible time!

Dean, I’m sorry your fourth theme park ticket didn’t automatically link for your Guest. What you’ll need to do first is check if the theme park ticket is available in your My Disney Experience account. The fourth ticket might still show up under your name if you are the purchaser of the tickets. First, open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App, and then please click on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right-hand corner. From this page, you will want to click on “Tickets and Passes,” which will show you all the tickets you have linked to your account. If you see an extra theme park ticket linked under your name but is the 4th Guest’s ticket, you can reassign the ticket by clicking on “Reassign Ticket” located under the theme park ticket. When you click on “Reassign Ticket,” it will take you to your Family & Friends List to choose the Guest. Underneath that, you will also see “Add a Guest,” should you need to do so.

If for some reason, you do not see the ticket linked, you can try linking it yourself. To do this, you will want to go back to the “Tickets and Passes” page and click on the “+” on the top right corner of the screen. You will then want to select “Link Tickets & Passes,” It will allow you to either enter the ID code or scan the bar code using your smart device’s camera.

If you need help with any of this, feel free to chat with a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app! To do this, open up the app and click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right again. You will then scroll down until you see the “Chat With Us” icon. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

Do be sure you've also made your Disney Park Pass reservations, as these are required along with tickets to enter the theme parks.

We can't wait to welcome you to the magic, Dean! Have an enchanting time.
